It rests on documented sales of comparable addresses on the aftermarket, on the length and clarity of the name, and on how many companies it realistically fits. The buy it now price is the price at which we sell without further negotiation. It is subject to change, and the contract is concluded only upon our order confirmation. You acquire the domain itself, meaning the rights to its registration, together with the auth code for the transfer to your registrar. Trademark, naming and other designation rights are not part of the sale, and we neither claim nor transfer them. Whether the name is free for your intended use is for you to verify.

You receive the auth code within one business day of payment. The domain can be moved to any common registrar. The receiving registrar determines how long the transfer itself takes, typically a few hours up to five days. We stay with the process until the domain is in your account.

All prices are net. We invoice businesses inside the EU without VAT under the reverse charge procedure, for which we need your VAT identification number. Without a valid number we invoice with German VAT. For recipients outside the EU the supply is not taxable in Germany. You receive a proper invoice in every case.
